Mr. Holger speaks clearly.
He said: work in progress and sooner than later.

Good.

Re: asrock x58 deluxe

Hey thank you Gary

I still have Valis advice ringing in the back of my head not jumping in new products until the first few revisions, but this board is very tempting.
Anyway, I want to be ready when the time will come.
For now I am enjoying the dp35dp ant the e8500, but I will need to jump the ...

Re: New CPU and MOBO for SCOPE

Hi sounddesigner.

Can you tell how noisy is the cpu fan or better or quiet it is? Say compare to the intel e8500 I have which I like very much for the low noise.
I would appreciate your comment on this.

Or maybe the midi resolution ticks in preference.

On vsl forum, there is some guys who are working successfully with 64 bits machines with xp 64.
They use Rme soundcards who have 64 bits drivers and also a 64 bits software to play samples. Sequencer could be 32 bits.

Astroman

If Alphonso is able to load 15 mvs on a p35., then why not the same on a g33. It is the same ich9 south bridge.
What do you think?

Christian.

I can load 12 mvs on an amd k8nsc with Pulsar 1 and Scope Pro on my system.

Thanks for the hint s4l.

With all your research, I am sure you will have a reference system.
Good for the community.
In fact, as a Creamware cards owner, I always come to Planet Z to find out what you guys are using when it is time to upgrade the computer.
It is invaluable.
Thanks to GaryB ...

I found this on intel site about the dp35dp mobo and compatable memory:
http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/dp35dp/sb/CS-026645.htm

1.8 volt only.

And for the ocz sticks here is the part number:
OCZ2SE8002GK
and the link:

Impressive technology those memory sticks. But again the mobo memory voltage is 1.8 volt. Are you sure that the one oczflex at 2.1 will be compatable?

I already have a Puslar 1 and a Scope pro boards. I guess like you say: this dog will hunt.

the closest thing i find to that product number on the intel site is DG33FB. the main difference there is the chipset, of course. if that's the board you mentioned, i'd be comfortable with it, for sure.

Thanks Gary, it is really the DG33FB I was talking about.

If I understand correctly, memory ...

Hi folks.

I am planning an upgrade for my computer and thanks to Scope4live for his extensive researchs.
I have this question though. I am leaning toward the intel dg35fb instead of the dp35dp.
The former have an integrated gpu and ps2 mouse keyboard connections.
It seems to be the same chipset ...
