I didn't "buy it on E Bay and ask for free support" - I bought on E Bay to test the water, see if this system was a good system to add to my set-up. I find out that it isn't. 1/ They don't answer their e mails.
2/ I cannot open the Mypage log-in.
3/ They do not answer their phones.

I've re-installed, un-installed, cleaned the registery and re-installed, downloaded scope 4 from the website and installed from that rather than from my Scope 4 CD. I'm fed up. No reply from tech support - over five days. It will not install without this error. End of story, no tips, no hacking ...
