Re: FS: Two A16s Ultra and Scope Cards, Chicago Area
I bought an Xite-1 that's actually in the market these days, the Metric Halo Mobile I/O 2882 w/ 2D upgrade and +DSP license, so I'm probably never going back to my Creamware hardware.
New prices in effect:
Scope Card Bundle, 500 USD
[1] Project card 6DSP w/ 16 ADAT channels

A16 Ultra Outputs - DC Coupled?
See subject. I'm interested in using one of my A16s Ultra for MIDI to CV conversion, using MOTU's Volta.
It's specced presently for Macs, but I plan to use it in tandem with a FireFace 800's ADAT outputs, which, according to MOTU, should work.

WTB: Those Little DIN to PS2 Cables for Scope Home
I need four of them. They weren't an issue originally, because I have a dedicated MIDI interface.
PM if you're interested in selling, please.

Re: Radikal Technologies and controllers
Skip the 2.0 and wait until a proper 2.2 comes along for a cheap price. It's not uncommon to see them for 500 USD or a little less.
The 2.2 is the best DAW controller I've used, by and large, but it's a bit long in the tooth. The Mackie emulation's not that great, but older programs with dedicated ...

Craig,
Thanks for the clarification. I'll keep my fingers crossed for a pro review of Scope 5 and Xite on HC someday.

Re: FleXor future
Assaf,
For a new name, "Reflext," with whatever typographic conventions you prefer, seems appropriate.
It's too bad Adern and CW apparently cannot reconcile their differences, but the next version does sound compelling. Adern certainly wouldn't be the first to port a native plugin to a DSP ...
