Re: For sale: 21 DSP System (Pulsar II + SRB) - SCOPE v5.0

At this point my plan is selling everything together.
One reason is that some plug-ins are associated to one board and other plug-ins to the other board.

Re: Do VRCs work for you in Scope 5 - PCI?

Thanks Feg.
However, those tips are not solving the problem, at least in my case:
I'm already using an administrator account in Win XP, which means that Scope should be running with admin rights.
And the assignments of devices to DSPs I guess is applicable to XITE (?). At least I don't know how to ...

Re: Do VRCs work for you in Scope 5 - PCI?

Thanks for the answers.

It would be great to have more answers (I'm sure there is a lot of people here with Scope 5 CPI on Win XP) but for the time being it looks like there might actually be a bug in the VRCs that went unnoticed to SonicCore.

The worst part about not having the VRCs (at least in ...

Do VRCs work for you in Scope 5 - PCI?

The VRC devices are not working for me, but SonicCore support tells me they should, so I would like to check whether mine is a special case or there are other people with the same problem.

What I start with is a clean XP installation, without any other application installed and with just the ...

One funny thing about the AmpRoom manual...

In the old dynatube web page there was info about which amps were modelled. Now that kind of information has been removed (I guess because of legal reasons). But they have found a way of conveying the same info in a different way.

At the end of the ...

Dynatube --> Softube

It looks like the dynatube web page does not exist anymore. Now it redirects to SC, and the amount of info and example mp3s is quite lower in SC web page than in the former one.

Moreover, SC has a link to softube (the owners of dynatube technology) but that web page doesn't have much info on ...

MIDI CC # Filter

Hi, I'm working in my first device with the SDK, and I would like to isolate MIDI CC messages coming over a given MIDI Ch and with a given MIDI CC #.

So, 1st I filter out everything but MIDI CC with a MIDI filter module, and 2nd I filter out everything but the selected MIDI Ch with a MIDI Channel ...

Another MIDI Sync Topic

Hi, I know there is a lot of threads on MIDI sync problems between SFP and Cubase, but reading through them I haven't been able to find a solution to my problem. :(

After more than 1 week trying to solve the issue, I'm starting to get a bit desperate, so I hope somebody can help ...

My System ...

Loading IOs

Hi, I just felt brave enough as getting the SDK and trying to do something with it...

However, I stepped into my first problem as soon as going through the quickstart guide!

For some reason I'm unable to get my ADAT IOs (which happen to be the ones I use) into the project window.

I have a ...

P.S. @gainman: There is no need to use the MultiFX into the Capo.. you already have 10 empty slots ;)

Yes, you’re right. However, I personally prefer grouping some elements together. E.g. to consider amp+posteq as my amp sound, or to group overdrive+eq as a boost. I guess it’s a matter of taste ...

P.S. Come on guys! Where are your presets!? :D

Here is my favourite preset at the moment. It's based on the vibe of Michael Schenker's "Armed And Ready". Note that the extension of the file has to be changed from "txt" to "pre" (I wasn't able to post it as .pre)

The core of the preset is in the ...

I don’t know of any sfp-based emulations of specific distortion pedals (say mxr, rat, boss…) That would be nice to have…

Hi, which brand is yours?

I read that the heatsink design can vary from one brand to another.

From the P5B layout I'd say the graphics card is almost touching the CW card if you use PCI1. Is it your case and still no ...

Hi, I'm also looking for a graphics card with similar requirements as thomashenrydavies, i.e. fanless, cheap and feature light PCI-e.

Plus one more: I want to be able to use the PCI1 slot of an ASUS P5B for my DSPs, and I'm afraid the heatsink of the graphics card might interfere with the CWA card ...
