Activation Key Transfer

Hi people.

I am looking to sell me system and I have a question regarding the transfer of scope keys.

Do you have to re-register your details with sonic core for you scope cards and plug ins ? now they own scope or were all peoples details transfered over ?

I have managed to get the plug in working with XTC mode but noen of the presets seem to work.

When I open up the preset list I get an error box saying nil_reference.......

Can the presests be used in XTC mode and if so what am I doing wrong ???

Like many people on here I cannot for the life of me get a stable system using the above motherboard, I have used every possible configuartion available and I am no better off than when I started.

So what I want to know is does scope have a problem with that type of motherboard or is it a problem ...

Well the only solution I have found that cures my glitch /freeze problems is to do the following: -

Install windows in ACPI mode (HT disabled).

Tweak and install all my programs

Go into the deive manager and switch the computer to Standard PC mode

Re-boot and install my drivers again

Re-boot ...

Well I have tried removing all the cards (Graphics, Pulsar II & Scope SRB) and just clipping the graphics card in again.

Nothing

I tried with a different graphics card and it was the same.

Nothing

So that rules out a grphics problem doesn't it ???

If it was a hard drive problem wouldn't the ...

Well I have tried every single option there is. ACPI, Standard PC Mode, ACPI PC mode.

Nothing has worked. So I tried moving the card to a different pci slot and lo and behold my PC won't even boot up now.

I turn it on, the HD light flashes and it doesn't even boot upto into the bios .........

Well I did the quick way of switching to Standard PC mode without reistalling everything and it seems to have solved the problem.

No glitches or anything.

Gonna do a proper re-install in Standard mode at the weekend.
