I've used the Fostex duo for well over a year, now. A 20 Gig HD was installed in the ADAT 8-track. Wonderful buy for the money.
I also use Fostex 8 track ADAT coverter.

Gil Evans was the arranger/conductor for many of the cool orchestrations for Miles. We had a bar here in Chicago that, for years, had a jukebox exclusively full of the "Birth of the Cool" type music.

You might check to see if Carl Fischer music in NYC could find some orchestrations.
