SDK5 - help connecting mvc to osc, getting error

I am on SDK5,

trying to connect
Midi Voice Control Easy 16 freq output ----> Oscillator Freq input (any osc does it)

and getting - "cannot add not notification to synch output Midi Voice Control Easy 16 Freq"

what am i doing wrong?

You have to disconnect the oscillator frequency input from the oscillator pot.
You can use the coarse fine modules to fine tune the frequency.
